Pick up & Delivery of the rental car
  • Where can I pick up the rental car?

    There are several options; you can pick up the rental car at the car rental (Morgenster 1C in Willemstad), we can bring the rental car to your accommodation or drop the rental car at Hato Airport (for an additional fee of $35).

  • Where can I return the rental car?

    There are several options; you can return the rental car at the car rental (Morgenster 1C in Willemstad), we can collect the rental car at your accommodation or we can pick up the rental car at Hato Airport (for an additional fee of $ 35).

  • From what time can the rental car be dropped-off?

    The rental car can be dropped-off at the agreed destination from 9 o'clock in the morning, 7 days a week.

  • At what time must the rental car be returned?

    On the day of return, the rental car must be returned at the same time as at the time of the first rental day, or before that. If you prefer a later time, we will charge an extra day.

Payment
  • How can I pay?

    Online, pay by card or cash. If you have booked through our website you can pay online in advance. On delivery of the car we can also take a mobile ATM to make the payment at that moment or pay cash.

  • Can I pay in euros?

    Yes, it is possible to pay in cash in euros.

  • Can I rent a car without a credit card?

    Yes, this is possible. We ask for the deposit to be transferred to our bank account on arrival and on return we will refund the same amount back to your bank account.

    Can I pay with American Express?
    No, unfortunately our pin device won't accept American Express.  

  • Can I pay with American Express?

    No, this card won't our pin device accepting.  

  • Can I pay with my credit card?

    Yes, that's no problem.

Insurance & damage
  • Is the rental car insured?

    Yes, the rental car is all-risk insured. However, this means that there is still an obligatory deductible excess of ANG 750, -. The rental car is also insured against theft.

  • What to do in case of damage?

    When the rental car is damaged, it is important that you do not move the car. It does not matter what kind of damage it is, this can be a collision in the middle of the road but it can also be a one-sided accident. Leave the rental car where it is at all times, otherwise the rental car is not insured. Make sure you are in a safe place while you have to wait. 

    Contact Forensys by telephone: 199 (with Dutch telephone: 0059997471333). Forensys will come to take pictures, review the situation and you will also be asked to make a statement. When this is done, the car may be moved. Also, do not forget to contact us so that we are also informed about what happened.

  • What do I need to do if the car is stolen?

    Call the police at 911. You must also contact us.

  • What do I have to do if a window has been smashed?

    If a window has been smashed, you must report it to the police. Please also contact us about the incident right away.
